Bad service , *******

On the 31/08/2021 i activated a Rain sim buy paying R250 of which i was told by a consultant will be a pay as you use sim. in October i didnt pay as i was low on cash . Then on the 27 November 2021 i payed R250 again to resume my services for December to be resumed. But was only allowed to use the services in November from the 27th afternoon to the 30th instead.When i called to query this i was then told that i am on an obligation with Rain to pay every month once the sim has been activated . For all these payments i have been using my Capitec account through EFT .Then on the 31st of December 2021 when is was just checking my balance to make sure i went to 2022 with funds in my account i saw that Rain had taken some monies out of my account twice totaling R454,58c and it reported as an authorised payment not a debit order .I did not Authorise any recurring payment nor debit order . On the 31/12/2021 Midnight i was as broke as hell with no funds in my account and my new years eve has never been so horrible and i spent it on a call with Capitec logging a query .When i logged a query with Rain the customer service agent that was rude said it was a monies that was supposed to be taken of my account anyways I am fed up with the service i received and wish this to happen to no one
