Bad Service Rain Wifi Company
After purchasing a Rain sim card which was to be activated, which we did, to receive one month free Wifi, we have been trying endlessly to have Rain reply to us, because we would have liked to know how to register with them, and get details to pay our account with them in the future. We have sent multiple e-mails to their support team without any reaction from them

We have purchased our Rain Sim card from takelot, and got a mont's free subscription, but now we want to pay our monthly subscription tostayn connected to Rain, but nobody reacts to our e-mails. Somebody by the name with Yeoline said we must contact her, burt again, no phone number, no e-mail address, what are we to do now, we have already paid a lot for our G4 Router, and now we sit with it because we cannot get hold of Rain to give themour banking details so that we can be re-connected once paid,please help me
