Bad Service RAIN

Bad service from Rain, an agent called me beginning Feb telling me i owe R765 of which my subscription is suspended, i have to pay the outstanding amount for Nov, Dec and Jan. I have never made use of the services since Nov how do i owe something i ddnt make use of??? so fine, they look at my usage and only remove Jan, it goes to R526 for 2 months, same thing again now in March i get a call saying i owe. How do i owe when my subscription is suspended. Just cancel my sub @Rain. I dont use your services because the network is not supported where i stay.
