Bad service Rain

Very bad service. They always down when there is load shedding but I have solar panels. Why am I paying the full amount but cannot work during load shedding. For such a big company we're is there back up system absolutely Pathetic. They never answer there Emails, I've sent numerous emails. No response???? They just collecting money but no service, just am not going to buy extra data and pay Rain...time to change..bad bad service
