BAD SERVICE RAIN

Been battling with Rain since September getting my network sorted out. Call after Call and still sitting with network that does not work. I work from home and is reliant on my network to be working. Call Centre is taking sometimes 13 to 20 min before they answer calls. I just logged another call and all I am told is that a technician must sort this issue out. This was their response since 18 September. I just logged another call ***, this call Centre agent Sipokazi was very nice and said she will try her best to get me help. I NEED A TECHICIAN ASAP PLEASE. DEFINITELY CONTENPLATING CHANGING NETWORK PROVIDER
