Bad Service Rain

We have heard of Rain by other people who use their service. On Monday, June 22, 2020, we went online and picked a package and the payment was made. Ram wanted to deliver the sim card on Wednesday but I couldn't be there to sign a receipt and family could sign with the necessary documents they requested. As of Monday, I sent an email every day for support and every time I receive an email saying within 24/48 hours agent will contact me. Day 6 and no communication of rain yet. This morning spoke to a bank and confirm that payment can be sent back. So if we do not hear from them before the day is over. I cancel my account with Rain and will tell everyone how bad their service is
