Bad Service provider with misleading Advert ( Month-to-Month )

THis guys say I owe them when i have taken Month-to-Month Option ( Their advert is completelty misleading) Can you please assist me . I am very frustrated nothing was expalined when i joine or when doing my first payment that is should consult them when stopping using or the month that i don't wanna use it
