Bad service provider rain data

Am really disappointed in rain iv been using it n fairly paying for the services so since I booked in my fone for fixing didn't use the Sim for the first month didn't use it but I paid second month I called for cancelation they agree to cancel since already they debited even though the data wasn't being used but still they debiting into my acc even after I talked to 3 pple who agreed to cancel now they say I'm in ereas I even moved money from the acc I missing payment n policy's coz everytime thers money they debate even the bank cnt stop the debit I call them every day to cancel but I'm not finding help n I cnt pay for something I'm not using I called n canceled intime so now I hve to change to another bank iv even tried requesting for call online n on the app but no 1 is clling
