BAD SERVICE PROVIDER
Their service and feedback is horrible. I ordered a Rain package on the 2nd of October and still have not received it. When I phoned to follow up no one can give me answers, just tells me that they have to look for my package. I am still waiting for a supervisor to phone me with answers, just keep on getting emails with a ticket number!! Ridiculous!!! Don't order form Rain clearly they don't know what they are doing
