Bad service provider

Cancelled my subscription today 10 Sept 2024. After many calls, e-mails and frustating times spend on their near to useless web site no reaction from any agent or living creature. I was with Rain from 2020 and with reasonable signal connectivity for sometime, but about a year ago all seems to deteriorate to such a extend that using Rain internet became a frustating task. Prices went up and service went down. The so called help center is useless, the call center is answered by a answering machine and no agent ever called back. The online help service is off no help and you even have to pay R 15 to connect to a professional..... Still the same computorised answers and at the end informs you that a agent will call you.... Stay away from this useless, non professional provider.
