Bad service provider

I am not happy about the service, they are nowhere to be found, when they overcharge you account you can’t find them. They can lie about an agent contacting you for months and there is nothing you can do about it. They are currently changing R958 for the R479 package I bought and the support service on their dashboard is really useless because I have been waiting for the agent for 2 months now
