Bad Service Provider
Internet Speed Down from 480 up to 500+ Mb/s Down to 175Mb/s and 9Mb/s Upload? Living not even 200Meters from the tower?? Called multiple times and none there is able to tell us what is wrong. Worst Service Ever! Paying Over R900+ For this?? No IT guys available to solve the Problems.

We i asked the Person who did our upgrade are the upgrade going to change anything on our Speeds.
They said No it will still be at the currant speed. WE used to get 350M/s + up to 500 Now?? DOWN to a warping 185 sometimes 90... And never did they even send the upgraded Router. its been a year now Still No response ON this.

09 Nov 2023, 21:08You Know we have Recorded Calls with Rain as well and we intend to use it in our defense. I told the so-called tech from rain that if they had this issue since 2022 till now will they be happy with it?? And funny enough the call was dropped. I phoned back the call was dropped again. Just to show the Proper Service you guys are giving... You don't Resolve issues you just hope people forget about them.

You Know we have Recorded Calls with Rain as well and we intend to use it in our defense. I told the so-called tech from rain that if they had this issue since 2022 till now will they be happy with it?? And funny enough the call was dropped. I phoned back the call was dropped again. Just to show the Proper Service you guys are giving... You don't Resolve issues you just hope people forget about them.

Since it seems you are forgetting that unlimited speed is STATED in the Package that WE did Agreed to,
Just to be ****ED in to a NEW so called better upgrade Which actually Down Grades you ?? We had Weeks With no Service that was Said they will refund us on this issue LOL and only the next MONTH got Billed Double?? Trust me we have had enough of Rain and i ASK everyone Ever want to use you guys HAS to THINK twice about it and rather use a Proper Service provider or ISP
