Bad service, poor wifi, just plain *******

Extremely bad service. Theres no call center, the networks are congested. Its supposed to be 5g unlimited but i cant even browse properly, my television keeps buffering, ah absolute ******* If i do not receive and feedback or better service i will cancel my subscription and anything todo with Rain
