Bad Service Poor Turn Around Time
The 5g wifi home router stopped working/ won't switch on. Logged a call 6 working days ago and every time I follow up I am told my query will ne escalated to the replacement department yet nothing happens. They won't even refund me the pro-rata rate even though it is their device that's not working.
