Bad service overall from Rain

I must say my experience with Rain was brilliant and I was revering the network to everyone I know. Now I am starting to regret that. They had some sort of upgrade in Feb and after that I am just experiencing problems. Certain big websites I can not access for the connection is lost every time. We will sit and then the network is just dead. I think the "upgrade" they are talking about broke something. All I want is someone to come in contact with me and explain what is happening. I am literally now on email no 43.
