Bad Service! Or should I say no Service.
Bad Service! Or should I say no Service. You log a ticket, get an automated email with no follow-up call or follow-up email. Ticked #***0 Monday 14/03/22 Ticked #***6 Tuesday 15/03/22 Still nothing from Rain. No phone call no NOTHING! 2 Debit orders in one month R499 & R273.65 and no internet! Where or how do i sort this Rain? Does someone have the CEO or Top management cell number?
