Bad Service or NO Service

Absolutely shocking service from Rain.

I notified them 4 days ago that I’m moving and clearly explained that I have an outdoor router that I cannot remove myself. I was told a technician would be sent out to assist with removal and reinstallation.

4 days later — nothing. No technician, no update, no communication.

I have called them 6 times since then and still no one is assisting or taking accountability.

This is a time-sensitive move and their lack of service is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed.
