Bad service on another level

The service from Rain is the worst, we haven't been able to connect to the internet since the weekend. Logged a query on Saturday and nobody called me I had to call them on Monday only to be told that I need to be @ home when I call them. When I got home I decided to call them and my line cut during the call the agent didn't even bother to call back after I Requested that she please call me back in case our line cuts. I am now trying to get assistance for the third time and I've been on hold for 15mins. Pathetic service, I require a callback from a manager or else I am escalating this to the highest level
