Bad service of Rain Internet Service Provider

Good day. I wrote 4 emails to Rain Internet Service Provider to asked them to please cancelled my Rain Sim Card. I'm still waiting for any response of them. Not one of there agents phone me. I can't make arrangements to pay my outstanding amount with them. They didn't get in touch with me. They service is very bad.
