Bad service / No Service

I am battling te get anyone at rain to assist, contact number on the invoice does not exist and no one replies to email. I am a new customer and am battling to get connected to my new wifi 24/7 uncap. Where do I find help if no one gets back to me? think I should try a different service provider.
