Bad service no internet since I bought this product very unhappy

Pity there is only a 1 star rating because this company deserves 0 stars I upgraded to 5g simple package to try there 5g line boy I am glad I did the simple package to start with because never in my life have I had such terrible service. There support team is useless they dont know what they doing u keep speaking to someone different and all they can tell u is they will escalate the problem they dont come back to u. I dont tolerate bad service especially when u paying for it. I bought the 5g router 28th January since then I have been down for more than 10 days and we only the 10th of the month. RAIN if I don't get my internet running by tomorrow I will be forced to move my services over to somewhere else. AND I WILL DEMAND A FULL REFUND. I TRIED USING YOUR CONTACT SUPPORT ON YOUR WEBSITE BUT JUST LIKE YOUR TOWERS ITS NOT WORKING!!!!
