Bad Service / No internet Connection

Im so irritated by the customer service, /support, so i called this morning having issues with my 5G since wekeend it has been trubling me, okay now it not working completey, its connected to WIFi but no internet service, so i called in the morning held for 30 monites, call got cut iff, called again, went through to sale ato a lady that is so unprofessional, telling me the is no manager on the floor no assistance just blind transfer me to support held for another 30 minutes no assistance, logged 3 tickets already not a call or resolution to my issue,

so very unproffesional, i would liketo cancel cnat deal with a service orovder that doesnt take its customers serious, and the staff very rude and not helpful.
