BAD SERVICE , NO CONNECTION

Hi. I have had two rain routers in the past because of the same problem.I have been paying and not getting any internet connection . I tried the askrain thing and it told me the same thing over and over again.I requested for a call two days ago and I am still waiting. I am very disappointed in the rain company. I have tried to cancel my account ad it did not let me.
