Bad service - no call center and trying ask them where's my refund

Call center none existing, called 4 times, first call they answered then call just drops, call back hold 5min before answer then the call just drops, other two times called no answer after holding longer that 10min - didnt even get a hello call just disconnect, they really done want to work - been waiting over a month for a refund as they deducted my account after I've cancelled - let see if they reply here
