Bad service. Money ****.

So I subscribe to the month to month 250 rain subscription. Yet rain decides to debit that account when they feel like it.

Even after the 250 has been canceled they still debit you yet now you have no usage of the internet. So I'm paying you for nothing.

As they do not have a contact number or call center they state their emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours. They also state if you upgrade to the 480 unlimited package you'll have better conction and speeds.

What a load of horse. Do not link you banking details or card details to this service as the debit without providing a service. Communications is pathetic I'm still waiting for any for of contact relating to the emails I have sent. They are ******** there to take your money and you just have to settle with what you get. Be that something or nothing. They going to debit and take your money unauthorized.

Let's see how long it takes them to respond now.
