Bad service money out my account

I am fed up with rain Rain take money out of your account as they please Offer you 5g and charge you for it when there is no coverage i dont even have a 5g sim but i get charged for cancelled sim Over R3+k taken off account in 3 months And no one is compitent to assist and pay me back Or even call you back I need action or i will take this to social media You pay for 4g suppose to be 20mbs i only get 3mbs ********s of note I have ref no uppon rdf nr with no action
