Bad service, *********** and ripping people off, in happy customer still waiting for cancellation and refund.

Bought a 5G SIM card with router and was delivered on the 04/11/2021 and was advised that within 24 hours the 5G will be working, but it didn’t work till the 06/11/2021 so I called them and asked to cancel the 5G and I was told that someone will come and collect the 5G SIM card and router then I’ll be refund my full R500 since then nothing. I have been calling sending email and getting the same answer that some is busy with the cancellation and they will be in contact with me. Rain is ripping people off. I need my money as I didn’t get what I paid for!
