Bad service in store and online also

They blocked my number when I changed the Reuter and now they telling me that I can’t get my number back. Please unblock my number if you don’t want me to be your customer anymore ,please or I’ll contact ICASA so that they can tell me if whatever you are doing is legal. Can someone call me or email me to resolve this matter. You need to train your staff to think outside the box.you can’t block my number and tell me it’s not possible to fix it but you were able to block it. I don’t owe you anything.
