Bad service in difficult times leads to door closures.

I can understand that we are in a difficult time in SA. But if one wants to keep your doors open then only the company that can give good service will manage to stay open. It seems that Rain does not care. So many bad reviews and no replies or help offered to disgruntled customers. I activated my sim and tried the online RICA no success. Keep getting a screen that says I must follow the link on my mobile. I did not get a link...... Keep sending emails no answer just excuses that there is a backlog and please be patient.... The whole website is not user friendly and confusing. Running around in circles. VROT service.
