Bad service I got from Rain

The company has poor network connections cause the network switches off every 20 MINUTES .Secondly the rain one 4G Sim cards haven't worked ever since I bought the package in July 2023.The only thing that worked were the minutes. So I decided after the November payment I will not be paying because it was useless.so I switched to a new network. Only to my surprise on the 27th of January 2023 they took double of the money whilst I was not using their services so I tried to contact them.so one of their employees it's one of their issues that they are trying to fix as they have received many calls from customers concerning this issue.so they said they will review my case and call me after 30 minutes to refund me back my money for 1 month.so after 3 hours when I contacted one of their other employees they told me they wouldn't give me back the money cause I owe one month but I am surprised I didn't use the data on December.So that is why I wrote to hello Peter.because their employees said with an bad attitude telling me that I wouldn't get my money back even if I wrote to hello Peter. Their service has been bad all along
