Bad service from third party
You outsource RAM as your Couriers , THEIR drivers call us and swear at us when we not happy with their services . I have opened a case of ************. 2 second that up I now have to wait an extra day to receive my purchased package that j have already dispursed fund to your account

29 Oct 2021, 09:32I am trying to get through to the *** number but am not winning , Guys am going to pay for this days that am not using the data ? In case anyone has forgotten I have 7 day return clause. If don't have this sorted today . I would like my refund . No one is calling me to tell me that am paying for services that am not using , no one . How do you guys sit comfortably in your chairs as consultants you see money reflecting in the business account for services you not rendering ?

29 Oct 2021, 10:14Jabulile Congo , what an amazing Soul.she helped me in 2 minutes most services call center when you run out of airtime they don't even bother to call you back , I am now connected , wish you could be an all-rounder Jabu, operations manager ,consultant, technician everything it's this qualities that makes us stay in as client . BRAVO
