Bad service from raingo

I am a client of raingo. For the last few days I only get 1.23 mbs of a line 100 mbs line. I keep phoneing it and all I hear is they will sent a email to the support team. But nothing happend. I router is up to date. I did left mtn network cause I hear the raingo was must better. Regards Natacha Erasmus *** ***
