Bad service from Rain very disgusting

I cancelled Rain last year May and they debited what last amount agreed no more debits , since last year today received snd that I have been handed to attorneys for non payment which I dint understand. When I called today twice had to hold fir about 6ninyes each call then they take it after listening fir few minutes they hung up 3rd time I called they hung up I need them to rectify this and this is so disappointing really
