Bad service from rain South Africa
Placed an order with Rain South Africa on 28 Aug. Paid in full. Was told it would be same day delivery. Today is 9 Sept, no delivery. Service paid for but no service received. Numerous phone calls to Rain, all they say it is with the couriers, phone the couriers and they confirm there is no order for me. I am expected to pay in 2 weeks again and yet I still not have a device. Doesnt even help to phone them anymore, it is the same excuse over and over. So how are going to solve my problem Rain??????????????????????????
