BAD service from RAIN NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER

i have no rain internet since 11april 2019.email was sent saying that i reached my limit but not true cos when i called rain they say my account is ok,no limit reached.they have been having issues since the 11apr.after many calls at my expence still no revoling of the problem today 18 april 2019.thaey are no good at all.
