BAD SERVICE FROM RAIN NETWORK SERVICE

I called Rain network helpline on 02/01/2025 requesting for a sim swap,consultant I spoke to confirmed processing will take place,but they went quiet, (Reference nr ***2 ) I called in again on 03/2/2025,consultant tol me not to follow up as my request will be closed,and I never received any update as was told I will be called by courier company within 48hrs (Referece number ***4 ) I called in again,only to be assisted by a certain consultant who took my address like I did sim swap before and confirmed I will receive a call from courier company within 4-5 working days 9Reference number (***2 )

I am so disgusted by Rain service,they are too quick to call when payment did not go through,but when you need them to assist you with your service,its a messed up service,I DO NOT RECOMMEND RAIN NETWORK!!!!!!!
