Bad service from Rain network
star cant even explain the bad service that this network provides, you deserve ZERO. I signed up for the R559 deal, was told i will only pay R1 but R558 was deducted on the 1st of September. I dont have connection , ive been trying to phone but the calls are not answered. This is really a **** . May i please get my refund and also arrange for collection of your **** that you call a router.

I hate following up on people to do their jobs, it is really an inconvenience. I cant even get through to you guys, the only email account you have is not attended to, I was told by one of your consultants that I should use Hello Peter to communicate with you , pathetic.
