Bad service from Rain network

I had a very bad service from Rain network. When I subscribed on their service, they said they bill per the data I used for that month, of which they did the first month. I canceled their service due to a very poor network connection. For 4 months now they have been billing my account, they refuse to refund me my money. They have no direct contact telephone number, their customer support is a lie. People should not give their banking details (Bank card number) to Rain, they won't be able to stop them from taking their money. Their billing system is not a Bank debit order, you won't be able to stop them from taking your hard earned money.
