Bad Service from Rain Internet Service Provider

Can anyone tell me what is going on with Rain Internet Service Provider? People told my they are cancelling their subscriptions due to extreme slow internet. I have tried to phone Rain but I cannot get any get hold of anyone. I was referred to their website, but I have no feedback at all. Please can anyone inform me how to get hold of them for assistance.
