Bad service from Rain I have been with rain for more than 5 years on an of peak for R295, I started with it when it was just R245. This depends on the use of data for that month, if there is no usage no charge. Few months ago i decided to upgrade to Rain one and I requested cancellation of old offpeak, and this was granted. The previous two months I have been debited R944.00 which isn’t correct. Upon enquiry on this dubicious charges.
