Bad service from rain fiber

Ahooi JOR what a experience having to wait for 2 weeks to set up JOR new router from your old one. I'm having network issues with rain fiber, n I have 3 routers already from rain,.. It was replaced but I'm still waiting for the new one to have access... I'm going to cancel my subscription
