Bad service from Rain

Ive ordered a sim and paid in advance. 5 days later after the sim was delivered and still no signal, no sim activation and no support. Several emails and calls from myside and nkt one callback from this service provider or techsupport. The rain site is outdated as its still saying that my sim pending delivery. The site is also useless as i cannot cancle this service of which i did not receive yet. I would like a refund please. Several references number but no service.
