Bad Service From Rain

I am in desperate need of a good internet connection in my home and someone recommended Rain to me, they even told me they currently had a special running. I decided to sign up for the special which included 2 4g sim cards for cellphones, 1 5g sim card for a router and 1 free to use router. All of this was delivered on time, the delivery guy took my RICA documents and did the process and was nice enough to explain how everything works. I connected everything at home and got a notice that the sims would be activated within 24 hours of delivery. 24 hours passed and there still was no activation of any of the sims despite a notice on the Rain portal saying 1 of the sims had been activated. I sent an equiry on the Rain portal about activation and expected to receive a call from Rain as per the enquiry message and I did not received a call. 48 hours after delivery I called the call centre, I spoke to a very polite gentleman who took my details, told me that he would escalated the issue and I should keep checking my router and sims for activation as it should be resolved by the evening that day. Over 72 hours later after receiving delivery, the sims had still not been activated, I called again to the call centre. The lady that took my call hung up on me when I was explaining my problem. I called again and another lady took my call, I explained my issue, she took my details and told me that on her side the system says I still have not received delivery. Despite it being very difficult to hear her as the background noise on her end was very bad, it sounded as if there was a whole party in the Rain call centre very unprofessional. I have called many call centers before and some are noisy because there are a lot of people attending to different calls but the Rain call centre sounded as if there was a great party. The lady told me she'd escalate the matter and when I asked it I would get any feedback or have someone contact me to keep me updated on the matter she too hung up, I guess to join the party too. What a horrible experience with Rain. I am going to call again tomorrow and ask to cancel the whole thing. They can take their stuff back because this really is not worth it. I've gotten such bad service here. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I do not wish to continue this relationship, I will look for another service provider.
