Mess up with my loop.
Same story every month. About 6 ticket NRS. And still no solution. Same copy and paste message all the time. No internet again.
I need all my money back today so that I can get another service provider. I will never recommend Rain to any one.

I cancelled the 101 12 August. And we're only suppose to pay the loop.
That amount is totally wrong. It was rains fault to begin with. NOT mine
So nobody is taking responsibility for rains mistake.
That amount is wrong that's for the 101 and the loop. The 101 was cancelled 12 August already. I'm still waiting for the telephone recordings.
