Bad service from Rain!!!!

We have been battling with our wifi for weeks now, with no success every week our wifi goes off for 2 or 3 days and we have to phone in 6 or 7 times to get it connected again with numerous different "excuses" as to what the problem is but with little success

Normally when they can't get it fixed over the phone then they blame the tower that is broken, the tower is literally 0,2m away from our house, and the excuse is "they are on site working on it" but there is no one there working on it, they are blatantly just shifting the blame from one thing to the next. Really not happy about the service we are receiving and strongly considering cancelling at this point
