Bad service from rain

Early this year l took rain sim 2of 19 hours 4G. In August 2020 l app**** for another sim card 24hours 4G . R479 was deducted and the sim was delivered. Till this day it is not working. I have contacted rain and miss de kock told me that the sim must be ricad and gave steps to submit. I have been submitting and resubmit the same thing still not working. This is horrible. Rains has my details l have another card with them .this is just their strategy to frustrate me more. This is bad service for really.
