Bad service from Rain Courier Services (RAM)

I'm so disappointed with the courier service that you are using (RAM). They called me yesterday and today to confirm my address and advised that they will deliver the sim. I have been sitting here waiting for them. When i called back they number ***. I called him about 3 times already and he keeps telling me that he is still in Dobsonville shopping centre. I have a child that i need to pick from day care and this waiting game is really not working for me. Till now i have not received anything from them. What happens if i were to go and they don't find me since i have been waiting for them?
