Bad service from Rain

I have never had such bad service in my life. Rain’s line speed is so slow,I’m lucky if I get a third of their claimed line speed and it doesn’t seem to be improving at all. I have spoken to a nr of their people and the one half have no clue what is going on while the odd person at least still tried to escalate my problem but still to no improvement. As a business Rain should be ashamed of themselves.
