Bad service from rain

Service I am currently getting all that I've got with the rain it's so disappointing I called into cancel my contract due to the router not working I got an SMS that what's confirming that my router has been canceled my subscription so they are actually manipulating us in a sense that they would tell us that the router is working where you stay but in a essence there's no even towers and then we said they will check coverage I've been complaining everything's I'm not getting. I have had this router for 4 months now till today I'm still struggling with network and no one seems to care. I have never skip the payment kept the contract even though I was still struggling with network but no one seems to came to assist.
