Bad service from Rain.

I've been with rain for about a year..I've never in my life had such bad experience.im paying for services I don't get.the wifi has been on and off and for the couple of months I've been having to fork out an extra R1000 for data for my fone as rains wifi don't work..they said they will send someone to fix the problem and they send me 2 simcards use for my fone..the guys that came knows nothing.He said it's not his problem.Wow now I'm sitting with 2 simcards that don't even work in my fone .I wonder how rain can lie to there customers and promise to help but nothing comes if it.then they want to give you a free simcards to say sorry ..what a joke.im so mad.i want my contact cancelled with immediate effect .I'm sitting with a wifi that looks pretty on my dresser ..so I'm at least paying rain for nothing actual free money to them.i want my money back!!!
